If you haven’t been to the Casa yet, we get fed, and fed well! However, if you’re still in need for a snack, we have a hospitality room that will have the nectar of the universe (aka Coffee) Tea. We are looking for help this year if you can, by bringing a snack/sweet snack (see below).  We will also have some Gluten free snacks too for those that are gluten intolerant and Vegan as well.

Vendor Marketplace

As part of the Conference the planning committee invites artists and craftswomen to consider selling their wares.  There is no charge to have a vendor table during the conference, we just ask for a donation of a piece of your work as a raffle prize. Items presented for sale must be handmade and food items cannot be sold. All vendors must be Conference registrants. Please email azaawc@yahoo.com subject “vendor” before June 1, 2024 if you are interested in being a vendor
