Conference Room A will be available for a Discussion meeting before and after the General sessions if you wish to have one. A Big Book, Twelve and Twelve, and notebook with the readings will be available. There are also “sticks” available to choose individual topics.
Please place your completed Evaluation in the box at the back of Conference Room B before you leave.
Vendors are Conference attendees with homemade items to sell. Purchases can be made during the Hospitality Room hours.
Raffle ticket purchases support the Conference, are sold throughout the Conference until 10:00 a.m. Sunday. Pricing: one for $1.00, six for $5.00. Prizes include the Baskets on display in the Hospitality Room and 50/50 cash distribution. Cash only, please.
Room Checkout is 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Please take your keys to the front desk in the lobby of the Renewal Center.
If you are not attending lunch on Sunday (noon), please let us know as soon as possible so we can alert the kitchen staff. We appreciate your assistance in helping clean up the Conference Center after lunch.
