Thanks for the enthusiastic response to the 5th Annual AZ AA Women’s Conference. Over 20 spots have been filled already, and we are excited to be able to meet in person again. For those who already sent in their registration forms, thank you, and we will process credit card payments shortly. We will let you know when that happens and for those who wish to pay by check or by phone (credit card), there is an option for those types of payments.
We have updated the registration form with all the necessary details and alternate ways to process payment for the Conference. It is available on the “registration” tab above.
Dates: Friday, August 20, 2021 – 4:00 p.m. registration
Sunday, August 22, 2021 – 1:00 p.m. (after lunch)
Total Cost: $220.00 single room
$180.00 shared room
Location: The Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale
The total cost includes two nights lodging, 6 meals and Conference registration. We are not able to offer commuter or single day pricing. When registering for a shared room, please include the name of your roommate. Please email Erica B. at email@example.com to be added to the Conference Facebook page. You might find a roommate there if you wish to share a room.
Donations to a scholarship fund are always welcome, and there will be a space for that, too.
All meals are included, Friday dinner – Sunday lunch. Dietary restrictions and/or mobility issues are noted on the new registration form.
All protocols for safe meetings and necessary social distancing will be followed as designated by the Retreat Center. More on that as we progress through the summer.
