We hope that you are all healthy and staying as active as possible during this current health situation in Arizona.
We regret that we must re-schedule the 5th Annual Arizona AA Women’s Conference from August 14-16, 2020 to March 5 – 7, 2021.
The committee has determined that we will refund all registration and banquet money that has been submitted to date for the August 2020 dates. If you paid via credit card, we will refund via credit card, and if you sent a check, we will issue a check.
This should be accomplished by end of May. All room reservations at the Tubac Spa and Resort have been cancelled.
In the fall, we will begin our promotional effort again, and you will be able to register for the March 5-7, 2021 Conference. We hope you do so! Also, new room reservations will be required.
